Cori's review of Family-Sticker

I was so excited to find this web site because it offered EXACTLY what I was looking for. I felt like the shipping cost was a little much but was willing to pay to get what I wanted. I just bought my very first brand new car and the family sticker was something I was looking forward to. When it came I loved it instantly. When I put the sticker on I followed the directions exactly but the Bow on the Mommy Skull ripped.Also the daddy skull is a little off from the others around the mouth. I called the phone number on the receipt and the person told me that I could order another sticker online and that was that. She did not apologize nor was she helpful at all. I was really bummed that it tore and would have probably reordered it but customer service was just not there. Its one of those situations that they may have had a customer for life but instead they got $30 for a sticker from me and that is all...Customer Service is the most important thing in business it really goes a long way.

Hi Cory, I am very sorry to hear that your sticker ripped and that you did not receive the customer service that you expected when you called in. We will be shipping you another Mom and Dad Skull set to replace the ripped sticker. When you apply the new stickers, make sure to let it sit overnight before removing the transfer tape to allow the vinyl to adhere completely to the glass.
