Hi Kristin, I do apologize for any confusion on the order. I was able to pull up your order and I see that the order was placed on 4/11/17 and we shipped this out 4/14/17. The free shipping method that was selected can take time for the order to arrive I apologize that it may have taken USPS time to get this to you. In the special instructions we see that you requested that we cut out the shape of the lady. The die cut in the photo looks exactly the way it was ordered. Was there something else that you were expecting? We would hate for you to not be happy with what you received. Please call our office at 541-647-2730.
