Hi Alex! I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty applying the sticker. Sometimes the sticker can stick to the transfer tape. If it does you may need to reapply the tape, rub the sticker, then peel it off again, slowly. We will gladly send you a replacement.

Hi Danny! I am sorry that you are having difficulty with applying your sticker. I've looked into the order and the 1/4 inch white border is actually part of the backing, it is not a part of the sticker. You should not try to apply the 1/4in white border separately.
