Hi Tiphanie, We are glad you love your new sticker! I am not sure if you took the picture during the first 24 hours, but I wanted to make sure you knew you could pull the transfer tape off. That will remove the square around the horse and only leave the white vinyl cut out. Enjoy your new sticker!

The color was completely wrong. I chose orange and got vanilla. Not happy and will not refer anyone to this site.

Hi Jeni, I am sorry that you are unhappy with your sticker. I double-checked your order, and it looks like you chose "copper" for your sticker's vinyl color. Unfortunately our copper color vinyl has a reflective metallic quality to it that we can not duplicate on the swatch list, so I understand how it could get confused with orange. (Your invoice has "Vanilla" next to the text because that is the name of the font you chose for the text. ) I apologize for the confusion with the colors and I am sending out a new sticker to you in orange vinyl. I will also be making some changes on the website's swatch list to hopefully prevent this error from happening again in the future.
